Agenda for May 2013 Meeting

Here's the latest email from Andrew about the May 9, 2013 meeting.  Please RSVP by May 1.

Dear Southern Californian Ombuds Colleagues,

I am looking forward to our gathering at UC Riverside on May 9^th.  Attached is an agenda for the event along with directions for parking in lot 13 which will be $5 (cash/check) or free if you have a UC parking permit.  There will also be placards on campus to direct you to lot 13.  Also attached is a campus map. We will be meeting in Orbach Science Library in Conference Room 240.  The room is located directly above the main entrance to the library.  Our meeting time is scheduled to begin with a continental breakfast and introductions at 8:30 AM, but the room will be open and breakfast available beginning at 8 AM.

Please note that the final 20 minutes of the agenda are reserved for debrief and planning of our next meeting in the Fall.  If you are willing to serve as convener, either in the Fall or next Spring, please come prepared with potential dates.

For ombuds who are CO-OP certified, I have been informed that the event will qualify for PDHs. 

If you have not already done so, kindly RSVP to this email by end of day, Wednesday May 1st, so that we may better plan for your arrival and accommodate any dietary restrictions or other needs you may have.  Please feel free to forward this invitation to others who may be interested.  So far the following people have RSVP’d:
