Southern California Ombuds to Gather at LAX for Spring 2011 Meeting

According to a flyer posted at the IOA conference last week, Theresa Prator will host the Southern California Ombuds Caucus on May 5 at the LA World Airports Flight Path Museum.  Details are forthcoming.
